• On a clean sheet of paper, place
• heading in the upper right hand corner.

• First and last name.

• Date/Class Period
• Pg. number and problems/name of test/quizzes
  
• Sun Shines
• 9/9/09 5P
• Pg. 180 1-18 and/or LQ 3-4

• Fold paper vertically and crease, so that
• it creates two rectangles measuring
• 4 ¼ in. by 11 in.
• Unfold.
• Number you paper as you work, beginning on the
  left hand side and working chronologically from
  top to bottom. (skip lines after each problem)
• When the left hand side is full, move to the
  right of the crease in the middle of the paper
  and continue with problems working from top to
  bottom. (skip lines after each problem)

• Show work that is only required to
• evaluate a problem.
• Work may continue on back or on
• a new sheet of paper if necessary, using
• the same procedures.

• Use a separate sheet of paper for scratch
• work.
