Overall Status (period August 07 October 07)

• The project has made good progress last period,
  although progress is less than planned
• The commitments of resources are still critical
  for some activities re-commitment is needed
• The funding situation is still un-clear for some
  activities
• Because of the resource situation the last
  period, it looks unrealistic to meet the first
  December milestone

• In total the project is estimated to be
  approximately 10 weeks behind schedule
