  • Introduction
  • We had evaluated about the interface design of
    Honey Hotel reservation project. In this
    evaluation, we operated with the document of
    interface design which received from project
    owner.
  • In our evaluated document we found 44 errors and
    weighted the severity according to usability
    guidelines.
  • We present only the errors which are more than
    3.0 of severity following -

  • Description Users may not be sure that whether
    the system has reserved the room for them already
    or not.

  • Suggested Fix The system should provide feedback
    to users after they make reservation already. For
    example, Complete in reservation or there are
    some errors on certain field.

    grouping for the data entry. The information
    concerning with hotel checking in is split into
    two and the personal information is between them.

    the format of the date is (Month, Day, Year) but
    in Check In Form, Check Out Form and Bill Form,
    it is (Day, Month, Year).

  • Suggested Fix The whole system should use the
    same format for the same data entry.
