What is TopLeaF?

• TopLeaF is a facilitated learning group that
  come together once or twice a month to
• Study a management concept and discuss how to
  apply it back within the work environment, share
  on progress and learn together in the following
  meeting
• Support each other using an ongoing Internet chat
  room
• A program lasting 3 years (assuming once a month
  sessions) but sold in 3 one-year-installments
  (TopLeaF certificate issued after each year)
• Graduates of 3 year program get certified in
  Adizes Phase 0).

Monthly Sessions Format

• Session 3 hours of learning
• Share the learning of the previous months
  implementation what worked what did not work and
  what to do about it
• Study a new management concept from videotaped
  lecture followed by facilitator-led interactive
  group learning
• Practice the learning of the new concept and
  discuss how it will apply back within their
  environment

• 40 to Promoter
• (30 for sales and group administration)
• (10 for local marketing)
• 60 to Adizes Institute
• (includes 10 for Adizes facilitator, until group
  facilitator gets certified)
• To be paid in full by promoter to the Adizes
  Institute 2 weeks prior to launching group
  sessions.
