GENERAL INFORMATION

• Kernodle conducts closed cheerleading practices
  and tryouts.
• Parents are asked to remain in the Commons Area
  during practice and tryouts. Video cameras are
  prohibited.
• The tryout results will be posted at 345 on
  Friday, May 9th. Results will be posted by number
  NOT names.

• Cheerleading packets are due by Tuesday / April
  15th.
• Signed permission slip
• Completed sports physical form
• Copy of last report card
• Two teacher recommendations
• Plan B Form
