The Process
  • Places your group on Please Do Not Contact list
    to prevent being called upon by other Association

  • YTB will provide any information needed for board
    approval. Plus, we will conduct conference calls
    or additional presentations.
  • Once application has been received, the booking
    engine can usually be online in 7 to 10 business
    days.
  • Association provides an image file of their logo
    to be used on the booking engine.
  • YTB will create, maintain, and house on a secured
    server a Private Label booking engine for the
    association.
  • YTB will provide marketing kit to be used to
    promote the Travel Affinity Program with members
    and supporters.
  • Funds are distributed after being received by YTB
