• Members of the distance learning community are
  entitled to library services and resources
  equivalent to those provided for students and
  faculty in traditional campus settings.
• The originating institution is responsible for
  involving the library administration and other
  personnel in the detailed analysis of planning,
  developing, evaluating, and adding or changing of
  the distance learning program from the earliest
  stages onward.
