GEF Approval Steps-1-

• GEF Focal Point endorsement
• STAP Expert Review
• UNDP clearance (CO GEF)
• Bilateral Review(b/w UNDP-GEF GEFSEC, with
  comments from I.A.s)
• GEFSEC includes in Work Program to go to Council

• GEF Council approves Work Program (2 meetings per
  year inter-sessional w.p.s)
• UNDP approves Project Document
• Project can finally begin!
