Evaluation Concepts
  • Evaluation is the act of placing a value,
    positive or negative, on something.
  • A less than full positive value implies that
  • the object of the evaluation can be
  • improved through some change.
  • The responsibility of the evaluator is to be an
    agent of change working to improve a program in
    the many ways identified by evaluation results
