• The goal
• To take the Preliminary statements from the
  plots which will be
• shown at the April APS meeting.
• It has to be done in a way to not change the
  decay width during the summer
• publication not more than in ONE Sigma
  interval

• How to do that?
• First, fix the total experimental error (stat.
  and systematic) based on averaging
• the results from all analysis groups (the
  method of averaging will come from
• this meeting.

• During this meeting develop an method to average
  different groups results for
• the decay width.

• Prepare the publication for the decay width
  (Summer, 2008)
• Finish publication for the setup (NIM, this
  summer)
• Prepare the Luminosity paper (NIM, May, summer)
• Prepare theory paper (Segey and Tulio, this
  summer)
• Prepare pair production paper (this summer)
• Prepare Campton paper (this May/summer)

• Finalize the 12 GeV proposal with Hall D for
  this January PAC34
• Start participation with Hall D (hardware and
  physics)

• Work on planning and preparation of PrimEx II
  run at Hall B
