  • the service is offered to journals that has an
    association with CBS
  • we encourage open access but it is not a
    requirement
  • we offer support, web server hosting, and initial
    set-up and education of staff at no cost
  • the goal is to make the journals self-sufficient
  • it is a win-win situation
