4. HOLDINGS STANDARDS. 4.1. Enumeration and
Chronology. In so far as possible, avoid
using different enumeration and chronology
from that already appearing in
catalogusmai 4.2. Summary Holdings.
For the sake of the user, each institution will
strive to construct summary holdings
(level 3) for each holding on the same
bibliographic record. 4.3. Item Records.
Item records are created at the highest level of
detail needed.
