16Phase 3 Benefits Realisation
- To deliver value to the user, personalisation
must be underpinned by new value-added services. - work will be needed to develop and support uptake
within local library services and to identify
local services that could be included in My
Library - must be complimented by a programme of end-user
studies, led through the NLH User Group, to
identify new service offers or refine existing
service offers. - The My Library programme must dovetail with
development of new service offers, such as the
Directory of RSS web feeds and My Journals Table
of Contents alerting - There must be pro-active work to build My
Library into other programmes of work such as the
CUI and HE learning environments.
