- The academy has agreed to a set of management
rules and regulations governing behavior,
homework, and tutorials. - We have established a monthly meeting time, the
first Wednesday of every month, to focus on

in all disciplines across the academy with all
research. - A peer council has been formed to help
support teachers who may struggle with some of
the management rules in the academy.

- Academy 3 Council - Brainstorms, develops, and
implements peer tutoring program. Currently 18
students involved. Earns Jr/Sr's community
service by helping Fr/So. to succeed. - Academy 3 Council - Experimenting with a new
model of tutorial (Wells model) and develops a
small scale model of what it would look like,
then runs academy wide activity where teachers
create their schedule for 2nd semester, along
with number of students in each block. Teachers
provide feedback. (Mostly negative at this time)

the Jr / Sr. Portfolio into their curriculum.
Most current House III Juniors have a nearly
complete Senior Portfolio at this point! - Maroon Team / Freshman Team 3 Looping effort-
Maroon team teachers did not miss a beat at the
start of the year. Teachers were able to jump
right in to curriculum from day one. Freshman
Team 3 and Maroon Team teachers are working
together to help improve each other's curriculum.
