Houses

• Indians influenced many of the types of houses we
  have today. Pueblos influenced modern day
  apartment buildings, and longhouses influenced
  the homes of today.

Clothes

• The Indians clothing is actually like ours
  today. The long clothing that they wore is like
  our dresses. And the little strips of cloth that
  they wore is like our Speedos.

Food

• The Indians way of growing crops is much like
  ours today. They influenced the farmers of today.

Culture

• The Indians cultures were always different,
  different tribes had there own unique religion,
  houses, clothing, food, traditions, and
  ceremonies.

Dolls

• The Indians dolls who a lot of the time
  represented something important ended up as
  todays toy dolls.

Tools

• Native Americans have there own way of making
  tools. They make there are own axe heads by using
  iron they find in the ground, they make arrows
  with there own wood.

The Indians homemade tools influenced our
hammers, axes, and more. They have played a big
part in our society.

Music

• Some of the Indians music influenced ours. For
  example, Indians started to use drums. That
  developed into modern-day drums.

Games and Sports

• The Indians games and sports definitely
  influenced some of todays most popular games.
  One of them is lacrosse. It was originally called
  little war, and it was supposed to train Indians
  for war.

Environmental Issues

• Not that the Indians caused our environmental
  issues, but they had some that are alike ours.
  The ice melting in Antarctica is like the
  settlers cutting down the forestland.
