- This September at the NBMBAA 31st Annual
Conference Exposition, the association will
host the Second Annual NBMBAA Town Hall moderated
by Radio and CNN personality Roland Martin. This
years topic is Black Men and Boys and will
feature a lively panel discussion and audience
interaction in the auditorium and from around the
nation via the World Wide Web. Participants will
be enabled to talk, tweet, IM, blog and chat
their opinions on this timely and topical issue. -
- WHY BLACK MEN AND BOYS?
- Black men and boys are hugging both ends of the
spectrum as the highest achievers and the most at
risk for failure within our society and the
global environment. As an association focused on
access to education, opportunities and resources,
we feel responsible to shed light and identify
strategies and solutions on one while uplifting
the achievements and examples on the other.

Tournament - View from TPC Louisiana's 18th Hole
- The National Black MBA Association- New Orleans
Chapter is a non-profit organization concerned
with creating educational opportunities for
minority students. Please join us for golf
tournament benefiting our Leaders of Tomorrow
(LOT) Scholarship Fund for minority students who
are pursuing undergraduate/graduate degrees in
business. - This event will be held on September 22, 2009.
We will have a great day of golf at the
beautiful TPC of Louisiana in Avondale, LA
(www.tpc.com). The event will include a 4-person
scramble, box lunch and awards receptions
following the golf.Register now and remember to
