How They Work
  • near ground layer of warm, humid air
  • middle layer acts as a cap
  • hot, dry air between upper and lower layers
  • cap allows warm air underneath

Conclusion
  • As you can see, tornadoes are very dangerous. If
    you see a tornado, go in a house, basement, or
    cellar. If there are none of these nearby, lie
    low or go in a nearby ditch. Dont underestimate
    the power of tornadoes.
