    begin lockdown and bunkering process. ALL
    operations will cease at 12 noon, Monday
    09/12/04. After landfall, will commence
    operations as soon as possible.
  • State LSA Orlando 2
  • This LSA will shutdown at 1000 am Saturday,
    09/11/04. After landfall, will commence
    operations as soon as possible.
  • State LSA Ocala 3
  • All operations will cease 1200 noon Monday,
    09/13/04. After landfall, will commence
    operations as soon as possible.
  • Lakeland Mobilization Area (State and Federal)
  • Operations will cease close of business Friday
    evening 09/10/04. After landfall, will commence
