First class menu
  • This is what the first class menus looked
    like.The food that was served for the first class
    passengers was delectable meals fit for the
    Queen. This only some of the food they ate Hors
    D'Oeuvres Oysters,Poached Salmon with Mousseline
    Sauce, Cucumbers, Filet Mignons LiliS aute of
    Chicken, Lyonnaise, Roast Duckling, Apple
    Sauce,Creamed CarrotsBoiled Rice,Punch
    Romaine,Pate de Foie Gras,Celery,Waldorf
    PuddingPeaches in Chartreuse JellyChocolate
    Vanilla Eclairsand French Ice Cream. They had 9
    courses and dessert.

Second Class Menu
  • The 2nd class were fed mostly tasteful food that
    we usually have on a regular basis. They were
    served Pea Soup Spaghetti au Gratin Corned Beef
    Vegetable Dumplings Roast Mutton Baked Jacket
    Potatoes Cold.Roast Mutton Roast BeefSausage Ox
    Tongue
  • Pickles Salad Tapioca Pudding and Apple
    Tart. These are only some of the food that they
    had served on the Titanic.

Third Class Menu
  • The 3rd class was served Oatmeal Pea Soup - Cod
    Fish CakesSmoked Herrings - Ling Fish, Salad -
    Cheese and PicklesJacket Potatoes - Cold Beef
    and Curried Beef and RiceCabbage, Boiled
    PotatoesPlum and Apple Jam - Fresh Bread and
    ButterCabin Biscuits, Fresh Bread, and
    Cerealine Pudding.This is only some of the food
    that they would eat. After every meal tea or
    coffee would follow.

The Dining Areas
This is the 1st class dinning salon.
This is the 2nd class dining salon. It is not to
nice.

The Dining Areas cont.
After people finished their meals they would head
down to the smoking salons and enjoy the rest of
the day. The ship had more to offer the 1st class
members. They would usually go to a café or have
a swim.
This is the 3rd class dining salon.

Chefs
  • Chefs were professionally trained. These are the
    chefs that professionally cooked and baked for
    the Titanic Bochetez, J., Assistant Chef ,Mauge,
    Paul , Chef's Assistant, Proctor, Chester,
    Chef,and Rousseau, P., Chef
  • The only chef to survive was a chefs assistant
    named Paul Mauge.
  • There were 35 cooks on board the Titanic and only
    3 survived.
