  • 14 years experience
  • Originally from Guam
  • Taught Georgia Studies for 6 years prior to
    technology.
  • Married with 3 children ages 12, 8, 3 and one on
    the way!

What is a procedure?
  • A procedure is a specific way of doing something.
  • Procedures need to be practiced
  • Procedures become routines

1. Entering the classroom
  • students will line up outside quietly against the
    wall.
  • Mr. Unpingco invites the class into the lab
  • students will walk to a chair, and wait for
    instruction from Mr. Unpingco

2. Leaving the Lab during class
  • students must get permission to leave class at
    any time.
  • Students will use restroom across gym
  • one at a time policy
  • Required to sign out
  • Date, time, destination
  • Do not abuse

3. Handling Equipment
  • Each student may handle/touch equipment or
    computers only after Mr. Unpingco has given
    permission
  • Each student will handle all equipment carefully
    and appropriately.
  • Each student will return all materials neatly to
    the designated area or teacher

4. Dismissal
  • Students will be seated prior to dismissal and
    may exit after Mr. Unpingco says Have a nice day

    if and when we have a person in the classroom who
    is not a student

  • Follow directions the first time they are given
  • Raise your hand and wait for permission to speak
  • Stay in your seat unless you have permission to
    do otherwise
  • Keep hands, feet and other objects to yourself

Computer Area Guidelines and Expectations
  • be seated at all times
  • sit in chairs and refrain from sitting on desk
    surfaces.
  • raise hands when assistance is needed.
  • refrain from eating or drinking.
  • keep work area neat and free of trash

    Save, or jump drive
  • Log off after each use

  • Visit only websites that are approved for that
    day.
  • Use only the computer to which you are assigned
    or given permission to work.

    instructor deems to be inappropriate for school
