and finds the world to be an inhospitable place

• Some try to resemble humanity
• Some seek ways to distance themselves

• and there begins an unlikely alliance to save

  believed they were superior to the rest of
  humanity
• designed genetic virus to wipe out all but their
  specific altered genetic thumbprint
• the women of their group became susceptible to
  the virus when they hit menopause or puberty
• wiped out all the women in their society
