  • The field of travel industry ranks among the
    sectors being developed in the most dynamic way.
  • Slovakia, despite possessing significant
    preconditions for the development within the
    tourism, is still able to use this inherent
    potential in a minimum way.
  • Reasons
  • Regional disparities throughout the
    territory of Slovakia
  • Possible alternative / INDUSTRIAL PARKS.
  • Industrial parks are one of the
    alternatives for starting up the process of
    economic development of fallen-behind,
    underdeveloped regions.

Basic concept of TOURISM PARK
  • The founder of a Tourism park is a village / town
    or a town association, which enables the
    technical facilities of Tourism park by means of
    a governmental financial subvention.
  • The total structure of product portfolio in the
    Tourism PARK is depending on GENERAL and SPECIFIC
    determinants.
  • An important limiting factor of the Tourism park
    is a natural environmental potential within which
    the tourism park is implemented.

  • Golf at present represents one of the sports
    being developed in the most dynamic way in the
    world.
  • An important fact remains that even 98 of an
    incredible number of golf players are represented
    by an amateur core, which in reality means that
    they are the possible target customer groups.
  • Thats why a golf complex can mean a very
    significant element within the Tourism PARK area.
