One of the Primary Objectives of the CoEWH

• A multi-disciplinary research agenda on women's
  health issues, fostering collaborations across
  academic departments and promoting strategies to
  encourage women to participate in clinical
  research trials.

• More than 17 clinical researchers at WVU are
  working on gender specific research and are
  interested in participating in the WV CoEWH
• More than 8 basic science researchers working on
  gender specific research in non-humans that may
  be interested in doing human work if tissue were
  available
