Eligibility

• Open to all SP staff students except the judges
  of this contest.
• Each contestant may submit multiple photos for
  each entry form. However, each contestant can
  only be awarded one prize in this contest.
• Before submitting your photos, download and
  complete the online entry form , then send it as
  an email (subject heading Photo contest 2008)
  with photos attached to library_at_sp.edu.sg.
  Qualifying period 5 May to 16 June 2008 by 6pm.
  Incomplete entry forms and late entries are not
  valid.
• Photos submitted must be at least 1600x1200
  pixels (not exceeding 2MB) in JPG format. The
  contestant must be the photographer and owner of
  the work. All entries must be original and
  unpublished.
• Minimal digital enhancements are permitted (e.g.,
  improving contrast, sharpness, reduction of photo
  size to less than 2MB, etc.)
• By participating, contestants agree that their
  submitted works shall become the property of the
  SP Library. We reserve the rights to use the
  photos in printed or electronic form, without any
  fees, for our various publicity events, website
  and other collaterals. All contestants must
  obtain permission from their models to allow
  their photos to be used by the SP library.
• Judging criteria are relevance to the theme,
  creativity and overall technical quality. The
  judges decision is final.
• Winners will be notified by email their names
  and photos will be published in ELISER. All
  prizes must be collected by 8 Aug 2008. Unclaimed
  prizes will be used for other lucky draws and
  contests.
