Setting User Defaults
  • Set Up SACR
  • User Defaults
  • Enter in UND01 in the first three boxes on the
    User Defaults 1 Tab.
  • Then click the SAVE button at the bottom left of
    the page.

Navigating to Faculty Center
  • Click on Self Service
  • Faculty Center
  • View My Advisees
  • View Personal Data Summary
  • Set to the Current Term
  • List of the courses you are teaching for the
    current term.
  • Able to display either
  • All Classes assigned to you, or
  • View classes with enrollment only

  • The icons above the listing of courses are the
    legend.
  • Class Roster
  • Grade Roster
  • Learning Management

Viewing Class Rosters
  • Viewing class rosters is very simple when you
    know where to look!
  • Class Rosters for each of your courses is always
    to the far left of each of the courses.
  • Just click on the Class Roster Icon ( ).

  • Click on Class Roster Icon
  • From here you can view the
  • Class Number
  • Meeting Information
  • List by enrollment Status
  • Enrollment Capacity
  • Number of Students Enrolled
  • Your List of Students
  • New Feature
  • Ability to contact one student in the roster or
    all the students on the roster by the click of a
    button
  • Printer Friendly Version of Class Roster

Viewing the Waitlist Roster
  • From the Class Roster select the enrollment
    status drop down box
  • Select Waiting
  • Click the yellow change button
  • These are the students waiting to be enrolled in
    your course.
  • New feature
  • Now able to view the students position on the
    waitlist
  • Now able to also notify via email those students
    on waitlist with a click of the Notify Listed
    Students button

Viewing Grade Rosters Midterm Final
  • To view your Grade Rosters in Faculty Center
  • Click on the grade roster icon ( )
  • If you do not see the grade roster icon then the
    rosters have not been created yet
  • Grade rosters are created about two weeks before
    grades are due

  • The Midterm Roster will be the first roster you
    view after clicking on the grade roster icon
  • New features of the grade rosters are
  • Drop down boxes for both
  • Grade Roster Type
  • Approval Status
  • Allowable roster grades
  • Select the appropriate grade for each student
  • Then go up and change the Approval Status to
    Ready for review
  • Click Save

  • The Final roster will need to be selected from
    the drop down box
  • New features of the grade rosters are
  • Drop down boxes for both
  • Grade Roster Type
  • Approval Status
  • Allowable roster grades
  • Select the appropriate grade for each student
  • Then go up and change the Approval Status to
    Approved
  • Save again

Viewing My Advisees
  • Click on Self Service
  • Faculty Center
  • Select blue link in Faculty Center View My
    Advisees
  • You will then see a list of your advisees
  • Click View Student Details to see information
    on an advisee

  • You will now enter the Student Center. From
    student center you can view
  • Students Class Schedule
  • Students Planner
  • Demographic Data/Emergency Contact
  • Holds the student has
  • The students To Do List
  • Who their advisor is and the contact number the
    student is able to see
  • Note This would be a good idea to check to be
    sure that your office number shows and not your
    home phone number that carried over from your
    bio-demographic information
  • From the Other Academics drop down box you can
    view
  • Course History
  • Degree Progress Report
  • Exam Schedule Not a Functioning Feature at this
    time
  • Grades
  • Unofficial Transcript
  • Transfer Credit Report
  • Other areas to view from the top tabs are
  • General Information
  • Transfer Credits
  • Academics
