  • One of the MOST IMPORTANT groups of Nobles
  • Selecting the best individuals can be the
    difference between success and failure
  • Committee Members cannot be successful without
    the proper training and tools
  • Dont under estimate the potential of the Ladies
    helping

  • Not choosing the best Nobles for positions
  • Committee Members not trained
  • Lack of enthusiasm / commitment
  • Lack of support from Divan /or Office Staff
