    nutrient breakdown (50 POINTS)
  • 2. Input your information into the mypyramid.gov
    website for the five days you recorded your food
    intake.
  • 3. Print out daily dietary guidelines sheets for
    5 days
  • 4. Print out daily physical activity guidelines
    for each of the five days.
