• Sponsored by Ministry of Heavy Industries
  Public Enterprises, Dept. of Public Enterprises,
  Govt. of India, New Delhi.
• The VRS optees of Central Public Sector
  Undertakings, who are below 58 years of age are
  eligible for training under the scheme.
• EDPs under C.R.R. are of 20 days / 30 days / 40
  days duration.
• Neither CPSUs nor the Rationalized Employees are
  charged any fees for participating in the
  programmes under C.R.R.
• Participants of EDP under C.R.R. are paid
  stipend _at_ Rs.60/- per day.
• EDP is followed by 3 follow up meetings to be
  conducted within 180 days.

CRR Objectives

• The programme consists of three main elements as
  follows
• Counseling Counseling is the basic pre-requisite
  for the rehabilitation of the displaced
  employees. As this will provide the hand holding
  for the displaced employees to better manage the
  new challenges.
• Retraining The objective of such training is to
  help the rationalized employee for
  rehabilitation.
• Redeployment It will be endeavor to re-deploy
  such rationalized employees. The objective here
  is to enable the retrained participants to
  undertake economically viable activity.

CRR Documentation

• Monthly report.
• Quarterly report.
• Annual report.
• Follow-up reports (3 follow-up meetings)
  vis-à-vis redeployment status.
• Data Entry on Web Portal
• Success stories in English with photographs.
• Video shooting of the programme.
• Video shooting of the interviews of the
  successful entrepreneurs, under this programme.

Mandatory Requirements of CRR Scheme

• Original and photocopy of VRS letter age proof
  of rationalized employee is essential and
  originals should be stamped and returned.
• Stamped receipt should be obtained from the
  participants on distribution of the stipend.
• Daily attendance record should be maintained.
• EAC should have library.
• It is mandatory to conduct the 3 follow-up
  meetings after the training programme is over.
• It is mandatory to conduct the Co-ordination
  Committee meeting once in a quarter in Nagpur and
  Goa.
