  • Moving quickly title by title, issue by issue
    as separate bills
  • One down (Title II, teacher quality), at least
    five to go
  • Coalition will monitor opportunities in House,
    but focus on the Senate

    as eligible grant partners under PT3

  • 185 Stations broadcasting in digital
  • 77 of US TV HH's are in markets served by
    digital public television stations.
  • 771 million raised from state and local sources
    229 million from federal
  • Needs shifting from transmission to production
    and DAM, including NGIS
