• General Manager
• oversee and coordinate management of teams
• establish and manage all administrative
  communication to team (Head Coach handles player
  develop. comm.)
• right hand of the Head Coach coordinate dealings
  with league (NCSL)
• Asst Team Managers??? (one for each team)
• handle game day administrative duties as
  appropriate
• right/left hands of the General Manager
• cover for vacancies within structure
• field setup/takedown list
• TSL list

• open bank account
• manage banking activities
• report bank balance to club at year-end
• provide update to Head Coach and General Manager
  quarterly
• maintain accurate and complete financials
• NOT responsible for being loan officer or
  collection agent

• Fundraising Coordinator
• finding ways to supplement team expenses with
  donations
• (sponsors, car washes, merch. sales, etc)
• youth soccer is EXPENSIVE
• this person is only as successful every one of
  YOU
• provide update to Head Coach and General Manager
  quarterly
• provide a revenue budget to Treasurer annually
• Critical that we start now
• Fundraising can mean FREE

• Logistics Coordinator
• usually falls under team manager duties
• responsible for purchasing training equipment as
  needed, at direction of Head Coach
• liaison with club/vendors for uniforms and other
  apparel
• assist with budget annually

• Tournaments, friendlies
• provide support to Head Coach and General Manager
• at direction of Head Coach submit update of
  available choices
• scheduling and logistics
• assist with budget annually

• content provided by General Manager and Head
  Coach only
• provide update to Head Coach and General Manager

• this can be anyone, costs not reimbursable
  through team funds
• all content shared via website is passed through
  General Manager/Head Coach for approval
• make it fun! Put all your energy into this
  instead of coaching and screaming on sidelines
• sit back and relax

  enlists help from others
• can help establish and maintain relationships
  within team

  non-soccer event planning
• destination information and maps/directions
• coordination of player/family needs while on the
  road
• provide update to Head Coach and General Manager
  prior to each trip

• duties fall under Competition Coordinator until
  additional help is needed
