• Situation Client had experienced success with a
  pregnancy program since 2000, offering an infant
  car seat for those who completed the program.
  Administration of program was challenging.
• Solution Implemented a new incentive a 50
  award redeemable for gift cards marketed to
  cover the cost of an infant car seat or other
  essential items for baby.
• Results
• Increased enrollment 23 in the first year and
  another 13 in the next year.
• The next year, the plan increased the award to
  75 to accommodate the increased price of infant
  car seats and added an incentive to encourage
  families to bring newborns in for a 3-month
  wellness check.
