Reporting Scholarships, Fellowships, and
Assistantships
  • Make certain that all of your scholarship,
    fellowship, and / or assistantship awards are
    reported to the UTSA Financial Aid Office
  • Each award is kept on file and will be added to
    your financial aid package

Limits on Awards
  • Limits on aid are set by the government on amount
    based on students cost of attendance (budget)
  • Estimated budget tuition / fees, books,
    housing, transportation, and personal expenses
  • Possible maximum cost incurred in a year
    maximum amount of aid a student can receive per
    year

    you are expecting more funding in grants,
