analytical procedure. The result of 4347 ?
285 Bq/kg Cs- 137 Concentration was obtained for
31.07.03. The reference value (from certificate)
equals to 4642 Bq/kg and the confidence interval
quoted is 4546 4721 Bq/kg.   Analyzing the
sample from reference site (Ret 2) in similar
counting Geometry - checked performance of
analytical procedure.

The main Cs137 peak is located at an energy of
661.5 keV. Interference from an overlapping
Bi214 peak at 665.5 keV. Count rate of Cs137 peak
was corrected for Bi214 interference using
interactive peak fitting option in Genie 2000 .
