Mission Statement

• Our mission at The University Grille is to
  provide our guests with only the finest grade of
  products as well as unparalleled customer
  service, paying close attention to details and
  catering to the guests every need. It is our
  goal to promote a team oriented, fun and casual
  working environment based on our key values of
  teamwork, dedication, and excellence.
  Furthermore, our goal at The University Grille is
  to not only create a place for great food, but
  also to create a truly unforgettable experience
  that will serve as the beginning of a new
  tradition.

THE CONCEPT

• The University Grille will be a full service
  restaurant bar. Upon entering The University
  Grille, guests will notice the inviting upscale
  atmosphere accented by dark mahogany finishes and
  granite table tops. Guests will also observe the
  casual and fun side of the restaurant with its
  outgoing staff and upbeat music.

• The most unique aspect of the restaurant will
  be its use of Texas AMs traditions all
  throughout the building as well as oversized
  black and white photographs of students and
  families enjoying themselves around campus.

THE MENU

• The University Grille will serve a wide array
  of menu items including soups and salads,
  sandwiches, pastas, seafood, chicken, steaks and
  their famous burgers.
• Each selection will feature a distinct
  flavor, using only the freshest and highest grade
  products available.

The bar will feature both an indoor and outdoor
bar top and will be a great place to hang out or
watch a game on one of the many plasma screens.
The bar will offer the citys best happy hour
specials and will stay open late on weekend
nights.

• The bar at The University Grille will be a
  full service bar serving a wide variety of
  specialty drinks, featuring draft beers from
  select microbreweries, as well as the usual local
  favorites. The bar menu will also include a wine
  list with wines from all over the world.

• Outside, the restaurant will feature a
  covered patio which will accommodate large groups
  or guests who prefer to eat or drink outside. The
  patio will have access to the outdoor bar top.
  On weekend nights, guests can enjoy live music on
  the patio while they eat or drink, with different
  genres of music being featured each week.

THE VISION

• The University Grille will be a concept that
  can be reciprocated in other college towns with
  each store incorporating the themes and
  traditions of the particular university it is
  located near. It is the vision of this company
  to expand into those towns. Future possible
  locations will include Austin, Texas at the
  University of Texas and Stillwater, Oklahoma at
  Oklahoma State University.
