following must be completed - The High School Teacher must be approved by
Chemeketa Community College to offer College
Credit Now. - The course and syllabus must be approved by
Chemeketa Community College. - The High School Students are responsible for
completing the admissions and registration forms. - The High School Teacher must submit the grades
electronically in the my chemeketa system by

Fax the necessary material to the Mid-Willamette
Education Consortium. This must be done and
approved before a College Credit Now class can be
offered.

completed prior to taking your first College
Credit Now course. (Only needs to be completed
one time).This is available online

9CCN Registration Process
Students must complete the registration
form. There is a 25 fee for each course.
Important Be sure to include School,
Course ID Title, Teacher, and Student
signature. (If you arent given the CRN/CRN-Lab
number, please leave blank) Please keep the pink
copy for your records.

Q How does a student request a Chemeketa
transcript? A An official transcript can be
requested from Chemeketa by calling 503-399-5001,
or an unofficial transcript can be printed from
the my chemeketa account at www.chemeketa.edu
and click on Q Where do we get the current
College Credit Now brochure for my school? A A
current school specific CCN brochure can be
requested from the MWEC office by calling
503-399-5239 or printed from our website

12Q What does CCN have to do with the Career
Pathways that everyone is talking about? A Many
of the CCN courses are needed in college anyway
and receiving credit while in high school will
save the student money and help them along their
career path.
Q How does CCN benefit the teachers and
students? A The teachers receive a three
credit tuition waiver each year. The seniors
receive a three credit tuition waiver, which must
be used within the summer, fall, or winter term
after graduation. Courses are 25 each and save
students money.
13- Q Will the CCN courses taken in high school
transfer to a university or private college? - A In many cases, yes, but it is best to contact
the university or private college to find out for
sure. - Q If a student decides to attend Chemeketa will
they need to re-enroll with Chemeketa? - A No, the student is considered a continuing
Chemeketa student.
