  • Adequate room size to allow students to move
    unrestricted (i.e. arms distance in all
    directions)
  • Have sturdy chairs
  • Need visibility from all areas of the room

  • Consider equipment cleanliness

  • Watch for signs of fatigue

    are exercising
  • Contraindicated exercises.
