- 3 or more moving violations and/or at-fault
accidents in past 2 years - OWI/DUI within 12 months
- Suspended or revoked drivers license
- Agencies may impose stricter standards

- Over 22,000 VUAs processed in FY06
- Less than 1 failed MDS (.72)
- Primary reasons - No valid DL, including
susp/rev - 3 or more moving violations/at
fault accidents in past 2 years

FY06 - DOT Monthly report - Over 9,700 employees disqualified in FY06

- T-F does not have suspension of revocation of
License - T-F will contact supervisor if at any time the
above in not ..true
