As we like to call it in AIESEC terms we perform
an exchange of core competencies. We are
running our ACE Career Development Program
together with AIESEC to ensure talent diversity
in our workforce and we are supporting it through
our core work excellence in IT services by
helping them in building their platforms. Company
s global agenda holds recruiting and retaining
todays talents very high on its priorities,
