• During the month of August 2005 our company will
  provide vans,trucks and any transport if
  requested
• During the month of August 2005 our organization
  will provide forklift (2.5 tons of capacity) if
  required

OUR ACTION

• Mr Serdar Akar and Mr Mithat Akar will get in
  conctact with Mr Can Guçlu of M.S.O. in order to
  discuss about Customs formalities under special
  procedures and all matters concerning definitive
  entry form for consumable goods, such as
• - Adresses to be indicated in the invoices
• - proceedings for consumable goods not for
  sale
• - proceedings for clearing of selling gadgets
• - proceedings for clearing of fuels

• And also Mr Serdar Akar and Mr Mithat Akar will
  get in contact with Mr Can Guçlu asking for a
  meeting in order to obtain a letter issued by
  M.S.O./ITO/TOMSFED, written in Turkish and in
  English, which declares that goods covered by
  Carnet ATA and pro-forma invoices are destinated
  to the G.P of ISTANBUL 2005.
• This letter will be attached to each documents
  for each shipments involved in the Motorsport
  Kurtkoy circuit event.

• For all vehicles coming by road it is necessary
  to receive with a pre-notice of 72 hours all
  details such as
• - plate number
• - drivers name
• - content
• - kind of documents
• Customs formalities will be performed by our
  offices and agents.

OUR ORGANIZATION GARANTY

• Transit customs formalities at Pendik customs
  office in maximum 2 hours after discharge trucks
  fm the vessel
• Transit customs formalities at Pendik customs
  office in maximum 30 minutes on SUNDAY 21.08.05
  for all trucks on arrival at Terminal after the
  race as the vessel on departure on 0200 hrs
• We will arrange 4 personnels staying during the
  event at Billitz office at Pendik Terminal
• AK-ER can be used as importer company for
  consumable food products
• Owned truck and trailer must be reported in
  Carnet.Ata and same, which will come fm UK should
  be Billitz as forwarder in box 2.
