  • NOT because it is required
  • NOT because you have nothing better to do
  • NOT to waste resources (paper, ink, electricity
    and especially TIME)

  • To have a Hard Copy to refer to (especially
    when our electronic devices do NOT work)
  • Historical Resource Storage (there are still
    some people who do NOT trust electronics)
  • It can save time (answering the WHY Question)
  • Progress Report (to parents)

  • Menu Bar FILE Down to PRINT
  • Use the HOT KEY Apple P
  • Select the Printer Icon from the
  • Tool Bar

  • There are 3 types
  • Multi-Class When same student is in more than 1
    period with you
  • Single-Class 1 Class
  • Missing Work It will only print students who
    are missing work and the data

  • At the bottom of the PRINT REPORT Box
  • Type in the desired TEACHER NAME
  • The LABELS Button allows for the creating Labels
    for Printing Report Titles

  • These Label Titles can be created under the
    GRADEBOOK Options as well

  • Make sure to place the way you want your Name to
    appear on your reports
  • Press NEXT

    in the report to appear
  • Customize Text allows up to 4 lines of data to be
    printed in all student progress reports
  • Intro Postscript Info can be created will
    appear in all student progress reports

    goes on reducing the scale will help to
    SAVE Paper Printer Costs)

  • 1. Scale not smaller than 60 (Usually 70 to
    90 for staring out)
  • 2. Use Preview to see if the desired page(s)
    will appear per sheet(s)
  • 3. Set Layout Print 2 pages per sheet
  • 4. When using Withdrawn or Hidden Students watch
    out for Print Box settings

    or Student
  • 6. Delete Student Names
  • 7. Delete Withdrawn / Hidden Students
  • 8. If using a Student Class Numbering System
