  direct fired rotary kilns and dryers ranging from
  6 ID x 60 long to 17 x 300 long

Indirect Fired Kilns

• Our units are typically utilized in the Cement,
  Lime, Sand, Fertilizer, Glass, Slag, Puzzolan and
  other mineral processing industries. On most new
  units we design and supply the material handling
  systems, feed systems, hoods, seals, silos and
  the final air pollution control systems.In
  addition our personnel have successfully designed
  and supervised the construction of over twenty
  indirect fired kilns from 9 ID X 12 to 7 X 46
  Long. These units process materials in special
  atmospheres such as nitrogen and hydrogen to
  temperatures up to 1800º F. These units are
  typically used to process iron oxide, paint
  pigment, uranium oxide, catalysts, and
  gasification of hydrocarbons.

These units are available in many high
temperature alloys, with zero leakage air seals.
Indirect fired units can be fired with a wide
variety of fuels. Vulcan Machinery provides
complete instrumentation.

Parts

• We provide replacement parts for all kilns and
  dryers. We can reverse engineer your parts or
  re-engineer your problem parts. The critical
  element to a customer in need of spare parts is
  delivery. Vulcan Machinery understands that our
  customers need quick deliveries on all parts
  regardless of the manufacturer. Generally major
  components or parts can be fabricated and
  delivered by Vulcan before our competitors start
  their manufacturing process. Vulcan Machinery has
  strict quality control standards that insure a
