• 1st Payment 0-450 2003/04
• 2nd Payment 451-900 2003/04
• If the Student starts late or does not make the
  hours to get the 2nd disbursement for 2003/04
• New award year funds come from 2004/05
• The Payments should be reflected as follows
• 451-900 1st and 901/1200 and possibly 1200-1500
• if the student will graduate before July 2005
• If the student is going to be enrolled in July
  2005 then the
• Payment for the 1201-1500 would be paid out of
  this award
• year instead of the 2003/04
