What is Thermoregulation?

• The ability of an organism to keep its body
  temperature with in a certain range when
  temperature surrounding is extremely different.

  free-ranging rattlesnakes exhibit preference
  for higher body temperature (Tbs) after feeding

  environment

  determine the efficiency in the digestion of
  corn snakes and the rate of digestion, and to
  analyze directly the effect of body temperature
  digestion efficiency and rate by manipulating
  body temperature during digestion
