What is a Team?
  • The most distinguishing characteristic of a
    team is that its members have as their highest
    priority the accomplishment of team goals. They
    may be strong personalities, possess highly
    developed/specialized skills, and commit
    themselves to a variety of personal objectives
    they hope to achieve through their activity, but
    to them the most important business at hand is
    the success of the group is reaching the goal
    that its members collectively and with one voice,
    have set. The members support one another,
    collaborate freely, and communicate openly and
    clearly with one another.

  • Take a card, but do not look at it
  • When instructed, hold your card in front of your
    forehead so others can see it (but you cant!)
  • Treat others according to the card they are
    holding (2-5, 6-10, Face cards Aces)

    treatment of others, and go to that sign
