Underwriting Information

  or fax completed Childcare Questionnaire
  including an ACCORD application OR
• NSI Childcare Application is required.
• Both the questionnaire and the application
  are available on WBConnect, but are not a
  requirement if submitting through WBConnects
  Childcare Quote process.

Tips for Childcare Providers

• Conduct background checks
• Keep the journal up-to-date
• Keep the procedural manual current
• Continue education
• Report but don't handle the claim
• Turn down that water temp!
• Use sprinklers to cool off in the summer
• Practice proper lifting techniques
