  • Use the goals handouts (Setting Powerful Goals
    Secrets to Goal Setting) to share with your
    parent/guardian the expectations for writing and
    achieving goals.
  • Discuss/Share your completed goals and actions
    plans assignment.
  • Ask your parent/guardian to score your goals and
    action plans according to the expectations.
  • To receive full credit for this assignment your
    parent/guardian must have a grade and a signature
    next to every goal plan you wrote.
