Develops work plan and coordinates it with
customer for all tasks in scope of effort

Develop fly-away package for tactical systems
and other items as an ACA/PM team depending on
scope of effort.
Keeps all parties engaged in the process and
informed of the IA solutions being planned as
well as other issues impacting CA
Provides system documentation and access to
system needed for SEC to do the work.
