3VISION of e-Government in the RS to 2010
- To provide citizens and businesses with friendly,
simple, accessible and secure electronic
administrative services, e-democracy applications
and information available on the Internet anytime
anywhere, for all of their life events.

4Important projects and activities of e-Government
- Adoption of Strategy of eGovernment from 2006
until 2010 - Establishment of a central mechanism for
monitoring eGovernment projects and the
eGovernment Action Plan. - Distribution of data from e-Central register of
Population to diferent users (3,5 mio off data is
distributed electronicly 15 of all data which
are distributed from CRP, in year 2004 only 4,5
of data were distributed in e-way), - New eGovernment portal with services and
information for citizens, businesses and also for
internal administration operations. E-services
(400) are described as life situations. - Renewal of registers (Register of Civil Status
and Permanent Population Register, Vehicle
Register) - Implementation of complex interdepartmental
projects e.g. e-One stop Shop (26 increase of
entrepreneur in 2 year), renewal of vehicle
registration through internet

6What can we offer to Europe?
- Generic system (used in new e-government portal)
for e-services driven by central information
system for acceptation, notifying and
distribution of e-forms. - Integrated modules e-signature, e-payment,
e-serving, e-archiving of e-receipt and verify of
e-signing documents . Administrative application
for administration of all life situations on
portal and integration with e-forms, available
for all public sector in RS. - Interoperability framework (data exchange through
standard XML sheme), implementation of central
portal for converting and exchanging data,
definition of minimal standard requirements,
respecting field of work. A lot of work is still
waiting for us. - We have a lot of experience with registers
(Register of population, register of vechicle),
driven with new tehnology (relation databases,
J2EE, websphere). - We have experience with one-stop-shop concept
(one year in production One stop shop for
entrepreneur and small bussiness).
