• Develop creativity and intellectual curiosity by
  communicating new ideas to them.
• Creating atmosphere for interpersonal and
  collaborating skills by teamwork, exercising,
  empathy, adapting to varied roles and
  responsibilities.
• Communication skills will be focused.
• Developing confidence by encouragement.

Solutions to Anticipate Challanges

• There may be alots of noise in the class.
• The Principal may not be comfortable with the
  discipline of the class
• I have to be very careful in giving instructions
  in English.

• We will sit in groups or circle in order to
  control the level of noise.
• I will discuss with the principal before starting
  a new project or assignment.
• I will make sure that each and every child will
  take part in disscussion.

Instructional Strategies and Tasks

• I will allow students to share their ideas with
  each other .
• Students will be allowed to work in groups and
  guide each other.
• They will not be allowed to use any other
  language rather than English.
• Each and every child will be given chance to
  share their views.

Conclusion

• By my newly acquired 21st century teaching
  approaches. Students will be able to gain
  adequate knowledge of English language and
  practices.
