Scapula

• Protects the shoulder joint

• Radial groove on posterior side makes up your
  elbow
• Technical name for elbow is olecranon

  triceps (lateral)
• Lesser Tubercule insert of muscles from the
  scapula (medial)
• Medial and lateral epicondyles are the pointy
  parts of your elbow

• Head of the ulna is the bony part of the elbow
